The Master Series half-size electric convection oven with 4” legs can be mounted on a counter or refrigerated base, making it a convenient addition to a busy kitchen with limited space. The porcelain enameled oven has a total of 5.6 kW loading per oven cavity and comes with 9-position rack guides and 5 cooking racks. The oven interior measures 15.5” W x 20” H x 21” D, with a cooking range of 150°F to 500°F, offering maximum flexibility for all your cooking and holding needs.

Simple analog control provides easy operation and has two fan speeds, making it ideal for a wide variety of products.

The heavy-duty door with a single double-pane thermal window is easy to open and close.
